About The Job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Food & Beverage Service Division in Hong Kong, the Captain - Speciality is responsible for providing quality service in a friendly, natural, courteous manner and always be attentive. The Captain reports to the Restaurant Manager.

As Captain - Speciality, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Prepare mise-en-place
• Deliver a delighted dining experience to our guests
• Create special moments and provide seamless service with guests
• Make recommendations on the choice of menu items with good product knowledge
• Meet and greet guest in a professional manner
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the restaurant

As Captain - Speciality, We Expect From You

• Experienced in Bar is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in spoken English and preferably in Mandarin / Cantonese communication
• Passionate in customer service and hospitality industry
