Job summary

Combuilder Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Workday integrations specialist. You will design, develop, test, and deploy complex integrations between Workday Financials and internal systems using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors and Packaged Integrations.

You will build reports and dashboards in Workday, plan data migrations, run UAT, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that drive financial insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of Workday Financials experience, with at least 3 years in integrations.
• Deep knowledge of core Workday Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Procurement, Expenses, Projects, Adaptive Planning).
• Expert-level proficiency with Workday integration tools: Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Packaged Integrations.
• Strong understanding of web services (REST/SOAP), XML, XSLT, JSON, and other integration technologies.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy complex Workday integrations.
• Develop reports and dashboards within Workday to support financial analysis and operations.
• Develop ETL and data migration strategies and execute them with accuracy.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and manage UAT.
• Analyze existing integration landscapes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with IT and vendors.
• Deliver training to end-users and administrators on integrated Workday capabilities.
