Job summary

WeLab Bank is seeking a Wealth Management Professional to provide personalized wealth planning and advisory services for high-net-worth clients in Hong Kong. You will build trusted relationships, conduct suitability assessments, and drive revenue while delivering exceptional client outcomes.

The role requires strong product knowledge, regulatory awareness, and fluency in English and Chinese. CFP/CFA/IIQE qualifications are advantageous; experience with asset and insurance products is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Wealth Management and/or Retail Banking with high net worth clients.
• Professional qualifications (CFP/CPWP/CFA/IIQE) are a plus.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a customer portfolio with wealth planning services.
• Build long-term client relationships via regular reviews.
• Conduct suitability assessments for investment and insurance solutions.
• Aim for revenue targets while prioritizing client outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to deepen product penetration across wealth offerings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver holistic wealth solutions.
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all advisory activities comply with policies and regulations.
