Job summary

Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group is seeking a talented and experienced Retail Presentation Manager to support the development and production of visual merchandising tools, fixtures, and in-store display materials across our store network. You will collaborate with design teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality VM solutions are delivered on time.

The role requires a degree in Visual Merchandising or related field, at least five years in VM or retail fixtures, and proficiency with SketchUp,

Qualifications

• Degree in Visual Merchandising, Product Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of VM or retail fixtures production experience.
• Knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, supplier networks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with vendors.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting large-scale retail or commercial projects.
• Proficient in SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and 3D rendering.
• Experience in jewelry or luxury industries preferred.
• Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of prototypes and samples for new VM tools and fixtures.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and production documents.
• Work with production houses, fabricators, and suppliers on sampling, quality, and timelines.
• Assist in managing multiple production projects and ensure on-time delivery.
• Conduct quality checks for prototypes and final production items.
• Provide 3D visualizations and design files using SketchUp, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other tools.
• Research materials and production methods to ensure quality, feasibility, and cost-effectiveness.
