Job summary

HBK Strategy Limited, headquartered in Hong Kong, seeks a Senior Vice President to lead cross-border business development and high-level client strategies across the PRC. You will report to senior management and drive strategic expansion, advisory services, and capital markets communications.

Based in Hong Kong with frequent travel to the PRC and HK, you will manage local and PRC teams, optimize cross-border collaboration, and nurture key institutional clients and partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of corporate management and marketing experience.
• At least 5 years in senior management roles.
• Proven leadership in cross-border BD in the PRC.
• Deep knowledge of PRC digital platforms (XHS, WeChat, Weibo, Douyin).
• Strong Mandarin, Cantonese and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic business expansion across the PRC.
• Lead cross-border teams and optimize collaboration.
• Advise key clients with high-level strategic guidance.
• Coordinate capital markets communications between enterprises, investors and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities and manage crisis responses when needed.
