Job summary

HAECO Hong Kong is seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to craft engaging user experiences and intuitive interfaces for our digital products, focusing on usability, accessibility, and satisfaction of internal users and external customers.

The role covers user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver delightful, scalable design systems across devices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Interaction/Graphic Design).
• Expertise in creating intuitive interfaces and user-centric UI designs.
• Proficient with design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of HTML5/CSS3 and user research methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests) to uncover needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and information architecture for accessibility.
• Design visually engaging, responsive UI and develop design systems.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Designers to implement UX.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and evolving product goals.
