Job summary

EX.IO is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer in Hong Kong to own end-to-end design for fintech platforms, including web and mobile experiences. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to translate complex trading workflows into clear, usable interfaces.

The role requires 5+ years in UI/UX with a strong fintech portfolio, expertise in Figma, and the ability to build scalable design systems while maintaining brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with shipped digital products.
• Fintech/trading/platform experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating data-dense, high-clarity interfaces.
• Expertise in modern design tools and design systems.
• Strong information architecture and responsive design skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design across web and mobile, from research to high-fidelity UI.
• Design for complex financial workflows; balance usability with accuracy.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers for pixel-perfect delivery.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs.
• Uphold brand identity across products and mentor junior designers.
