Job summary

Gemini Personnel Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join the Transaction Services team. You will lead financial due diligence engagements from planning through completion, produce high‑quality reports, and present findings to clients.

You will manage engagement budgets, timelines and workstreams across jurisdictions, supervise and coach junior staff, and support business development with private equity, corporates and intermediaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in Transaction Services, Deals Advisory, Financial Due Diligence or M&A advisory.
• Experience gained from Big Four, mid-tier professional services firm, or similar environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading financial due diligence engagements and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Execution: lead and manage diligence assignments from planning through completion.
• Prepare and review high-quality due diligence reports and client presentations.
• Lead transaction workstreams and coordinate stakeholders across jurisdictions.
• Identify risks, commercial considerations and value drivers in deals.
• Present key findings, risks and recommendations clearly to clients.
• Client Relationship Management: act as day-to-day contact for client teams and investors.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and contribute to a positive client experience.
• Project Management: manage budgets, timelines and deliverables for engagements.
• Team Leadership: supervise, coach and develop team members.
