Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in network architecture, engineering, or consulting in financial services or exchange environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
• Expertise in large-scale Data Center networks with spine-leaf, HA, and non-blocking fabrics.
• Hands-on Data Center Interconnect (DCI) and active-active disaster recovery architectures.
• Knowledge of EVPN/VXLAN, L2/L3 segmentation, cross-connects, and colocation in exchange data centers.
• Experience with network security architecture and secure zoning in data centers.
• Familiarity with monitoring, documentation, and service handover in 24x7 environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the network subject-matter expert (SME) for trading and corporate network projects, from solution design through production deployment.
• Provide architectural guidance on trading networks, market data distribution, and exchange connectivity.
• Review and validate network designs, implementation plans, migration strategies, and change proposals.
• Advise on colocation, cross-connect, network redundancy, resiliency, and capacity-planning initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, Network Operations, trading application teams, Information Security, and external vendors.
• Support technical risk assessments, architecture governance, and production-readiness reviews.
• Ensure that network solutions comply with applicable regulatory, audit, security, and operational standards.
