Job summary

Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing Ltd is seeking a Senior Network Manager to lead design, delivery and transformation of enterprise, data centre, cloud and market infrastructure networks. You will ensure highly available, secure, resilient, and scalable services while driving automation and AI adoption to support HKEX's strategic objectives.

The role requires 10+ years in network infra with at least 5 years in leadership, plus hands-on expertise in L2/L3 networking, VXLAN/EVPN, security, and IaC

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Telecommunications or related discipline.
• 10+ years in network infrastructure engineering and operations, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven designing, implementing, and supporting large-scale enterprise networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead network design, implementation, migration, and support activities.
• Manage major infrastructure projects, budgets, vendors, and risks.
• Ensure high availability, performance and security of network services.
• Drive network automation using Python, Ansible, APIs, and AI technologies.
• Oversee incident management, problem resolution, and service improvement.
• Develop network standards, architecture roadmap, and procedures.
• Manage and mentor network engineers and project teams.
• Collaborate with business, application, security, and operations teams.
• Support regulatory, audit, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements.
