Job summary

iAdvantage Limited (互聯優勢有限公司), a SUNeVision subsidiary, seeks an experienced Telecommunications Project Manager to lead telecom infrastructure projects across data centre facilities in Hong Kong.

The role requires 10–15 years in telecom infra, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Chinese; PMP/PRINCE2/PMI-ACP certification is preferred to drive on-time delivery and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronic, Building Services, Construction, Information Technology or related discipline.
• 10-15 years' experience in telecommunications infrastructure, project delivery, construction management, structured cabling systems, or data centre environments.
• Minimum 5 years' supervisory experience in project management, data centre construction management, or infrastructure delivery.
• Solid experience in data centre structured cabling systems, fibre optic infrastructure, MMR, ODF, cable containment systems, and telecom infrastructure construction.
• Familiar with telecom installation methodologies, testing & commissioning, and handover processes.
• Familiar with construction site management, safety requirements, risk management, and quality control.
• Knowledge of ANSI/TIA-568, ANSI/TIA-942, ISO/IEC 11801, and BICSI standards.
• Project management certifications preferred (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP).
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong leadership, communication, governance, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage telecom infrastructure project delivery across multiple data centre facilities.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, resource plans, and milestones.
• Lead implementation of telecom projects including structured cabling, fibre optic systems, MMR, ODF, and cable containment installations.
• Coordinate with customers, Project Management, FM, contractors, consultants and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, budget, schedule, quality and risk to ensure delivery.
• Manage site construction activities, inspections, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and management presentations.
• Manage project documentation, as-built records, and close-out activities.
• Support procurement activities, contractor selection, and vendor coordination.
• Resolve issues, site constraints, customer escalations and delivery risks.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, safety requirements and governance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and service quality.
