Job summary

Hong Kong Technology Venture Career is seeking a recruitment professional to drive full-cycle hiring for high-volume frontline and operational roles, delivering a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

You will source and evaluate candidates across multiple channels, leveraging digital campaigns and emerging AI recruiting tools to speed screening and matching, while partnering with hiring managers, HR teams, and external partners to build strong talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of recruitment experience, with a track record of managing end-to-end hiring for various roles.
• Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment best practices, industry trends, and a strong interest in emerging HR technologies and AI tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using data to guide decisions and improve processes.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and resilient with a positive approach to overcoming challenges.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle hiring for high-volume frontline and operational roles, creating a smooth and engaging candidate experience from initial sourcing to onboarding.
• Source and evaluate candidates across multiple channels, leveraging digital campaigns and emerging AI recruiting tools to speed up screening and matching.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR teams, and external partners like universities and agencies to build strong talent pipelines.
• Design and execute high-volume sourcing strategies, including targeted job boards and local social media campaigns, to attract frontline talent.
• Assist with new hire onboarding, such as preparing documents and coordinating orientation agendas.
• Keep candidate databases updated, generate recruitment reports, and support projects as needed.
