Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, implementation, and support of enterprise-scale business applications.
• Hands-on experience in PEGA application development, case management, and enterprise application support.
• Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
• Proven incident management, problem resolution, and production support experience.

Aufgaben

• Analysis, design, development, and support of PEGA workflow and case management solutions for HKEX Listing business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design workflow solutions.
• Drive solution design reviews and ensure PEGA applications meet architecture, security, and performance requirements.
• Coordinate development, testing, deployment, and production support activities across teams and vendors.
• Manage releases, changes, defects, and production incidents to meet SLAs.
• Define and execute testing strategies covering functional, integration, and performance.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge transfer to support teams.
