Job summary

Seamatch Asia Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to lead and drive banking IT projects from requirements through delivery. You will coordinate design, development and testing, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality solutions while mentoring junior analysts.

The role requires a degree in IT or CS and 1-5 years in project management, with strong communication in English and Chinese. Banking domain experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• 1-5 years solid project management experience.
• Experience designing and managing sizable banking projects is a plus.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently under pressure and willing to learn.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to changes.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and implement IT projects to ensure timely, quality deliverables.
• Oversee system design, development and support of the application systems.
• Manage project processes, documentation, progress reporting, status meetings and escalation.
• Collaborate with users and vendors for system requirement analysis, effort estimation, design, development, testing on banking projects.
• Identify dependencies and risks, mitigate issues.
• Coordinate change control throughout the project life cycle.
• Troubleshoot issues and liaise with developers to resolve technical problems.
• Coordinate system integration with internal and external parties.
