Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a System Analyst / Business Analyst.
• Strong experience with .NET-based applications, with exposure to Java.
• Experience in system replacement, migration or modernization projects.
• Good knowledge of APIs, system integration, databases and SDLC.
• Insurance / financial services experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct gap analysis and gather business/system requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows and impact assessments.
• Work closely with business users, developers and vendors on solution design and system integration.
• Support SIT/UAT, defect resolution, deployment and post-implementation activities.
• Review functional and technical designs for system replacement / revamp projects.
