Job summary

The role emphasizes code quality, reviews and post-deployment optimization. The candidate should have 3+ years in IT and cloud development, strong knowledge of multithreading, high concurrency, DevOps and system design, and a proactive mindset for knowledge

Qualifications

• At least 3 years working experience in IT, Internet and cloud computing development.
• Proactively understand task relationships and coordinate with business teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage medium complexity projects.
• Keeps up with new technologies and shares insights within the team.
• Understands core technical metrics and benchmarking to maintain competitive advantages.
• Capable of delivering high-quality code and documentation, participates in reviews.

Responsibilities

• Collect, identify and analyze customer requirements and determine objectives, scope and deliverables of technical schemes.
• Conduct technical feasibility analysis and scheme reviews, select technology options, design, architecture and development process.
• Realize technical solutions through task design, coding and system function implementation.
• Write architecture and core function templates, maintain common modules and optimize architecture.
• Lead code reviews and ensure successful deployment through debugging optimization.
• Maintain and iterate post-deployment programs including bug fixes, diagnostics, performance and cost optimization.
• Develop stability strategies to prevent risks and bottlenecks and ensure system reliability.
• Track latest technologies and provide support and guidance based on business needs.
• Plan and implement highly available, reliable and scalable technology architecture.
