Job summary

West Kowloon Cultural District Authority is seeking an Assistant Manager, Cloud Infrastructure in Hong Kong to oversee hybrid system infrastructure and multi-cloud operations across Alibaba Cloud, Azure, and AWS. You will supervise MSPs, support DR and backup processes, and drive IT procurement and governance efforts.

The role requires a BS in Computer Science/IT and at least 5 years in enterprise IT infrastructure or cloud administration, with strong English and Chinese communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in enterprise IT infrastructure or cloud administration.
• Hands-on with coordinating third-party vendors and MSPs.
• Solid knowledge of enterprise server platforms, virtualization, storage and hybrid-cloud.
• Experience with ITIL and IT procurement is an advantage.
• Certifications such as Alibaba Cloud ACP/ACA, Azure Administrator, VMware VCP or ITIL Foundation preferred.
• Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support hybrid system infrastructure operations and DR processes.
• Coordinate cloud platform operations across multi-cloud (Alibaba Cloud, Azure, AWS).
• Supervise external MSPs, vendors, and internal IT staff to meet SLAs.
• Assist in IT procurement, requirement specs, and vendor reviews.
• Ensure alignment with IT security policies and governance.
• Support digital transformation and cloud-native initiatives.
• Act as liaison among internal teams and external partners.
