Job summary

Delta Asia Financial Group seeks an experienced IT professional in Hong Kong to provide application support and contribute to full SDLC activities. You will participate in new systems development, define user requirements, and help deliver high-quality IT solutions on time and within budget.

The role values a degree in CS, 5+ years in finance IT, and PMP certification as a plus. Fluency in English and Chinese is essential for cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in computer science or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience, preferably in banking or finance with IT PM exposure.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience in banking/finance tech is a plus.
• Programming with JAVA, C#, .NET, Python, PHP, Visual FoxPro is a privilege.
• Relational DB design and programming: MySQL, MSSQL, IBM DB2, ORACLE, JBoss, Apache, Tomcat, Linux/UNIX, Windows.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support to end users.
• Participate in full SDLC activities including system analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment and ongoing support.
• Participate in new systems development projects and define, develop and configure user requirements.
• Ensure quality IT solutions delivery on time and within budget.
• Liaise with vendors in the course of acquisition and testing of new systems.
• Lead or participate in IT or non-IT process improvement initiatives when required.
