Job summary

DKSH in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Supervisor Trade Marketing to take full accountability for assigned key accounts, develop and execute trade marketing plans, monitor budgets and sales forecasts, and collaborate with the sales team on pricing strategy.

The role requires a Higher Diploma or above and 4–5 years of FMCG marketing experience, with strong data insight, proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and excellent communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Marketing, Data Analysis or Business Administration.
• 4-5 years marketing experience in FMCG, preferably non-food; candidates with less experience may be considered at Supervisor level.
• Able to drive data into insight; market research background is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade marketing plans for assigned customers and channels.
• Plan and monitor trade marketing budgets and promotion evaluations.
• Provide market intelligence and conduct sales forecast and analysis based on sales trends.

As a Senior Supervisor Trade Marketing of the dedicated client’s team (P&G), you take full accountability of the assigned key accounts to develop and execute trade marketing plans with monitoring budget and sales forecast. Apart from pricing strategy planning, you will work closely with sales team on the implementation of trade marketing strategic plan to achieve sales target.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade marketing plans including program initiation, funding allocation program execution, as well as promotion evaluation for a group of assigned customers and specific channels
• Plan & monitor the trade marketing budgets and promotion evaluation
• Provide market intelligence report, conduct sales forecast and analysis based on sales trend
• Work closely with sales team in pricing strategy, and implementation of trade marketing strategic plan to achieve sales target

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Marketing or Data Analysis or Business Administration
• At least 4 - 5 years marketing experience in FMCG industry, preferably with non-food category experience (Candidates with less experience will be conisdered as Supervisor level)
• Able to drive data into insight. Market research consultancy/agency background will be an asset
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good analytical skills and numerical sense
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
