Senior Student Affairs Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I) in the Strategy and Operations of Centre of Development and Resources for Students (CEDARS) (Ref.: 537071), to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal.
We are seeking a capable, proactive and motivated individual with a Bachelor's degree and preferably at least 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and an excellent command of both English and Chinese, including Putonghua. Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment, and a strong sense of responsibility are essential.

The appointee will join a collaborative team and provide all-round administrative and operational support for a wide range of initiatives and events, including daily operations, event coordination, project management, and other duties as assigned.
Applicants should also possess good IT proficiency, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with design, content creation and budget monitoring would be an added advantage. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and/or written test.
