Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Microelectronics, Materials, Optics or Chemical Engineering.
• 5–8 years in R&D, Engineering, manufacturing environment.
• 3–5 years in either R&D, packaging technologies, manufacturing.
• Experience in sensor module packaging and/or optical engineering is advantageous.

• Develop and maintain documentation like FMEA, machine and process buy-off documents.
