Job summary

STMicroelectronics Pte Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Process Integration Engineer to collaborate with R&D, Development and Process Integration teams on new development and process improvements.

Requires 5–8 years of experience, strong fabrication/process knowledge, SPC, and travel readiness. You will drive yield, manufacturability and product quality across the fab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Master or PhD in Material, Electrical/Electronics, or related discipline.
• Equivalent experiences for 5-8 years in the similar field.
• Process integration knowledge with comprehensive knowledge on manufacturing process and device physics.
• Knowledge of fabrication processes, and exposure of Backend and Reliability implications preferred.
• Understanding of statistical process controls.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong reporting skills and statistical analysis.
• Willing to travel if business required.
