Job summary

CBRE Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Space Planner to support the space planning process for client teams, building space designs and coordinating moves within the Moves, Additions and Changes function.

You will track small to medium moves, analyze facility data, update drawings and databases, and collaborate with client representatives to ensure timely delivery while adhering to CBRE RISE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Strong organizational mindset.

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor all small to medium-sized non-project moves, planning, and inventory of furniture and workstations.
• Collect, organize, and evaluate data related to the client’s facility requirements and physical space needs.
• Complete a supply and demand assessment data evaluation and provide recommendations to the client for review.
• Attend meetings with client representatives and assist with the facilitation of the planning of space requirements.
• Update drawings and related databases.
• Report to client and service delivery partners on work environment and delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
• Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Imact the quality of own work.
• Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
