Job summary

noissue is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Senior Sourcing Manager to lead new product development and supplier sourcing across our global supply base.

Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Sourcing Director, this role is responsible for bringing new and innovative products to market, re-sourcing existing products where cost, quality, or lead time fall short, and building a compliant, sustainable, and well-documented supplier network to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years’ experience in Sourcing, Product Development, or Supply Chain within a global business.
• Proven track record of sourcing and launching new products, and of successfully re-sourcing products to new suppliers or regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead re-sourcing projects where existing products miss cost, quality, or lead-time targets, partnering with Purchasing to transition products to new suppliers or regions.
• Drive the new product pipeline from brief to launch, and evaluate new products proposed by suppliers for commercial fit, quality, and scalability.
• Monitor market, customer, and competitor trends to identify new materials, formats, finishes, and product opportunities.
• Bring forward well-researched recommendations that strengthen our range and keep noissue ahead of the market.
• Identify, qualify, and develop sustainable material options such as recycled, compostable, and certified materials.
• Verify supplier claims and certifications, and work with suppliers to improve the sustainability of our range without compromising cost, quality, or lead time.
• Own the Product Library, our sales bible, ensuring product specifications, images, MOQs, costs, and lead times are accurate and up to date.
• Maintain the Supplier Master and all supplier information, defining data standards and keeping records complete and current across systems.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding of new suppliers, including system training so suppliers can work effectively within our tools and processes.
• Set up and maintain KPI scorecards covering cost, quality, lead time, and service, and use them to drive supplier improvement.
• Ensure all suppliers meet noissue's compliance requirements, including product safety, material regulations, certifications, and audits.
• Lead supplier ESG data collection and performance tracking in support of our sustainability commitments and reporting.
• Work closely with Purchasing, Sales, Product, Logistics, Order Management, and Tech to ensure a strong product pipeline, reliable supplier data, and smooth handovers from sourcing to production.
• Provide clear insights and reporting to the Sourcing Director and leadership team.

noissue is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Senior Sourcing Manager to lead new product development and supplier sourcing across our global supply base. You will track product trends and material innovation, with a strong focus on sustainable materials, and turn them into a commercially viable product pipeline. You will coordinate cost and lead time with new and existing suppliers so that Sales and Purchasing have accurate information to quote, launch, and scale.

This role also owns the integrity of our supplier and product information, from the Supplier Master to the Product Library (our sales bible), and manages supplier onboarding, KPI scorecards, compliance, and ESG standards. Frequent travel to suppliers is expected. Cross-functional collaboration with Project Management, Sales, and Logistics is central to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Re-sourcing & New Product Development

Product Library & Supplier Data Management

Own the Product Library, our sales bible, ensuring product specifications, images, MOQs, costs, and lead times are accurate and up to date. Maintain the Supplier Master and all supplier information, defining data standards and keeping records complete and current across systems.

Compliance & ESG

Experience Required

• 6–10+ years’ experience in Sourcing, Product Development, or Supply Chain within a global business.
• Proven track record of sourcing and launching new products, and of successfully re-sourcing products to new suppliers or regions.
• Strong supplier network and negotiation experience across Asia/China, ideally in packaging, printing, or consumer goods.
• Hands-on experience sourcing sustainable materials and verifying certifications (e.g. FSC, GRS, compostability standards).
• Experience running supplier onboarding, KPI scorecards, and compliance or ESG programs.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is advantageous.
