Job summary

State Street is seeking a senior solutions-driven sales lead in Hong Kong to own solutioning and commercialization across Global Alternatives. You will work across commercial, product and delivery teams to identify opportunities and lead the structuring of solutions for asset servicing clients.

The role requires extensive experience in asset servicing and asset management, with a track record of shaping client engagements and cross-divisional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• At least 10 years’ experience asset servicing and asset management in an origination and/or product solutioning capacity.

Responsibilities

• Identify viable opportunities across segments and lead solutions structuring and commercialization.
• Maintain understanding of all State Street products and services including Alpha platform.
• Own commercial, strategic and contractual discussions with prospective and current clients.
• Collaborate with global teams to drive solution design and cross-sell opportunities.
