Job summary

Cathay Pacific is seeking a Senior Solution Lead for Cathay Subsidiary Services to drive technology direction and solution delivery across subsidiaries such as Cathay Dining, Cathay Cargo Terminal, HAS by Cathay and Vogue Laundry.

You will lead a delivery team, partner with senior stakeholders and shape product roadmaps, while advancing digital transformation, AI and low-code initiatives to accelerate business value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant IT experience across software development, system analysis, business analysis, solution design and testing.
• Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, with a master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience leading and delivering medium to large-scale technology initiatives.
• Experience managing software development teams and coordinating with external vendors or delivery partners.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with extensive client-facing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Experience working in Agile environments and promoting modern delivery practices such as DevSecOps.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, APIs, mobility solutions or modern software architecture is an advantage.

You will be part of the Information Technology Department (IMT), seated within the Cathay Subsidiary Services (CSS) unit, the centralised support function providing subject matter expertise to our subsidiaries, including Cathay Dining, Cathay Cargo Terminal, HAS by Cathay, and Vogue Laundry.

As a Senior Solution Lead, you drive technology direction and solution delivery within a business domain. You lead a dynamic delivery team and ensure solutions align with the business vision, goals and technology architecture.

This role offers you the opportunity to influence product roadmaps, explore emerging technologies and lead medium to large-scale initiatives. You also broaden your leadership experience through cross-functional collaboration, team mentorship and engagement with senior stakeholders.
