Job summary

Robert Half Hong Kong Limited seeks a Senior Solution Architect for NetSuite ERP to drive enterprise-wide strategy, architecture, governance, and global adoption of NetSuite across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and CRM.

You will lead internal teams and external partners, translate business objectives into scalable designs, define integration patterns, and set standards for performance, data governance, and security across subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering enterprise applications and ERP implementations.
• 5+ years hands-on NetSuite ERP with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow and SuiteAnalytics.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and iPaaS.
• Experience in multi-subsidiary global structures and international markets.
• Business acumen across manufacturing, distribution, or end-to-end supply chain.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Proactive problem solving with structured decision-making and process improvement.

Responsibilities

The Role

• Drive the overarching technical strategy, system architecture, governance, and global adoption of an enterprise-wide NetSuite ERP platform
• Work with an internal technical team-including ERP managers and business systems analysts-while directing external implementation partners and vendor partners
• Spearhead multi-national digital transformation initiatives that optimise core operations across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, inventory control, and customer service
• Engage with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align IT roadmaps with business growth goals, process standardization, and enterprise data visibility
• Translate complex business objectives into scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise software architecture and integration designs
• Define global integration patterns, middleware strategies, data structures, and system communication models across international business units
• Oversee configuration, advanced workflow automation, SuiteScript development, and module optimisation across Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Supply Chain, and CRM
• Establish architectural standards, compliance protocols, system performance benchmarks, and data governance frameworks across all global subsidiaries
• Facilitate solution design workshops, review technical documentation, manage technical risk, and ensure quality control throughout development and deployment phases

Your Profile

• 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise applications, solution architecture, or comprehensive ERP implementations
• 5+ years of hands-on expertise with the NetSuite ERP ecosystem, with strong familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics
• Solid technical understanding of enterprise integration concepts, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware solutions, and iPaaS platforms
• Proven background operating within complex, multi-sub-sidiary global business structures and international markets
• Strong business acumen and functional knowledge across manufacturing, distribution, or end-to-end global supply chain environments
• Exceptional cross-cultural communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business audiences effectively
• Proactive problem solver with high accountability, adaptability, and a structured approach to decision-making and process improvement
