Job summary

Synthires seeks experienced Senior Software Engineers to evaluate and improve next-generation AI systems in Hong Kong. You will apply software engineering expertise to assess AI-generated code and solve challenging real-world engineering problems.

Responsibilities include evaluating code, creating coding problems with solutions and tests, reviewing AI reasoning on architecture and debugging, and delivering detailed feedback to boost model performance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of software engineering experience at a top technology company.
• Strong knowledge of system design, software architecture, algorithms, and data structures.
• Strong code review and debugging skills.
• Ability to clearly explain technical decisions in writing.
• Based in an English-speaking country.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, quality, and design.
