BUDA Surveying Limited is seeking a senior site/project manager to lead and coordinate complex civil/site projects in Hong Kong. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards, while upholding safety and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee excavation, ELS, and substructure works, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement in site operations. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold MHKIE and MICE with post-chartership experience (8+ years).
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.
• Proven ability to manage safety, quality, and environmental performance on site.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all site operations to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Oversee project to ensure compliance with design specs and safety regulations.
• Foster a strong safety culture and drive continuous improvement in site practices.
• Ensure technical accuracy in excavation, ELS, and substructure works.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with Contractors, Consultants, and Government bodies.
