Job summary

Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) Company Limited is seeking an Officer/Senior Officer in Settlement & Account Operations. The role covers onboarding clients, maintaining accounts for external brokers, and processing settlements across global securities and derivatives.

The candidate should have 3 years of onboarding and settlement experience, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin). Immediate availability is preferred and an attractive remuneration package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business/Finance preferred.
• 3 years onboarding and settlement experience.
• Proficient in CCASS, DCASS and global custodies settlement system.
• Proficient in Excel; Chinese typing is a must.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Perform account opening for onboarding clients and review relevant account documents.
• Perform account opening and maintenance of outside brokerage firms.
• Process settlements of Global Equities, Fixed Income, OTC Derivative and Structured Products.
• Process corporate actions and prepare summary reports.
• Process settlement payments and receipts and prepare summary reports.
• Process clients’ payments, receipts, FX and prepare summary reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external counterparties and custodian.
• Review, update and maintain standard operating procedures, checklist and training materials.
• Perform system user acceptance test and cooperate with frontline and backend units to handle projects.
• Perform regular reports to management.
