- 5+ years in process engineering, product development, equipment engineering, manufacturing, or automation.
- Strong knowledge of DOE, statistical analysis, process validation, and root cause analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead process development, optimization, validation, and qualification for advanced manufacturing equipment and automation systems.
- Support NPI and ensure processes meet customer and production requirements.
- Perform DOE, process characterization, data analysis, and capability studies to enhance performance.
- Conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and failure investigations.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D across functions.
- Support equipment validation, process releases, customer trials, and product deployment.
