Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a talented professional to join its security services team in Hong Kong. The role handles 2nd Tier customer security incident inquiries via email and phone, guiding engineers on UTM, IDS, IPS, and WAF configuration and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate has a Higher Diploma or Degree in IT/CS/CE, at least one year in IT services or information security, and strong analytical and interpersonal skills to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering.
• At least 1 year of working experience in IT services or information security.
• Experience in security analysis; knowledge of firewall/IDS/IPS/UTM/WAF is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer security incident email/phone enquiries (2nd Tier).
• Provide 2nd tier support and advise on UTM, IDS, IPS, and WAF configuration and troubleshooting.
• Assist or lead customers in investigating security incidents.
• Provide advisory recommendations to help customers handle security incidents.

About the Person

• Good analytical and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure
