Job summary

MemeStrategy, a premier collectibles brand in Hong Kong, seeks a Sales Advisor for its retail team. You will assist customers, drive store sales, and deliver a premium in-store experience for collectors of TCG, sports cards and memorabilia.

Experience in retail or customer service is valued, with a strong interest in card collecting and good communication skills. Cantonese required, English/Mandarin helpful. Weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales opportunities to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Deliver premium in-store experience to clients, collectors and walk-in customers while maintaining the brand’s image.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable product advice and recommendations across TCG, sports cards and collectibles.
• Assist in building and maintaining customer relationships through proper CRM databases and client follow-up.
• Keep up-to-date with card collecting trends, product launches, market pricing, grading standards and customer demand.
• Support new arrivals, launches, promotions and store events by engaging customers and driving relevant sales opportunities.
• Support daily store operations, including cashiering, stock handling, product display and store presentation.
• Help prepare daily store reports and operational updates as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned when necessary.

Grade10, a division of MemeStrategy (HKEX: 2440), is a collectibles and IP merchandise company dedicated to creating premium trading cards, licensed consumer products and collectibles. We create our own trading card products while collaborating with globally recognized IPs such as NBA, Pokémon, and Potatoz to bring exclusive collectibles and merchandise to market. Beyond product development, we build strong retail and distribution partnerships to ensure our products are widely available across major retail chains, hobby stores, toy retailers, and lifestyle channels throughout Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Sales Advisor to join our retail store team. The role will support daily sales activities, deliver a high-quality in-store experience, assist customers and collectors with product enquiries, and contribute to achieving store sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in TCG, sports cards, graded cards, sealed products or collectibles, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, but candidates with strong passion for card collecting and good communication skills will also be considered.

Requirements

• 1 year or above retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in TCG, collectibles, toys, hobby retail, lifestyle retail, fashion or luxury retail is an advantage.
• Passion for card collecting, TCG, Pokémon, sports cards, graded cards or collectibles.
• Basic understanding of TCG / collectibles market trends and customer behaviour is preferred.
• Customer-oriented, proactive and willing to learn.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Pleasant, responsible, detail-minded and able to work as part of a team.
• Good command of Cantonese; basic English and Mandarin preferred, ability to communicate in Japanese is a plus but not required.
• Willing to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
