Job summary

DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst for Risk Management to analyze and document requirements, processes and systems, and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT, participate in release management, provide guidance during development and testing, monitor performance, and help establish best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business systems analysis, with strong SDLC and project management knowledge.
• Proficient in analyzing and documenting business requirements, processes, and systems.
• Hands-on release management experience, including planning, coordinating, and executing software deployments.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with ability to resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with financial services industry and banking operations is preferred.
