Danos Group in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Consultant to join its regulatory consulting team, advising Asset Management and Alternative Investment clients across Hong Kong and internationally.

The role covers regulatory advisory, compliance frameworks, SFC requirements, licensing and regulatory change, with exposure to business development and regional projects. You will translate complex regulations into practical solutions and manage client relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with experience in regulatory/compliance matters.
• Experience in asset management, financial services or regulatory environments.
• Strong knowledge of SFC regulations and asset management guidelines.
• Excellent client-facing and relationship management skills.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Advise clients on SFC regulatory and compliance matters.
• Support licensing, registrations, regulatory reviews and policy drafting.
• Assess regulatory developments and their impact on clients.
• Manage client relationships and deliver regulatory solutions.
• Support regulatory reviews, testing and regulatory projects.
• Contribute to proposals, pitches and business development.
• Build relationships with clients, industry stakeholders and regional teams.
• Support regulatory updates, training and industry events.
