Veolia Hong Kong Holding Limited is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to lead day-to-day commercial functions on large infrastructure projects. You will supervise Project Surveyors, prepare main contracts, value change orders, and report to the Commercial Manager.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in infrastructure with a main contractor, familiarity with HK GCC/NEC4 contracts, and fluency in English and Chinese. Office-based with travel to different sites; competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Commercial Management.
• Experience in infrastructure projects with a Main Contractor is required.
• Knowledge of cost accounting and procurement software is a plus.
• Experience with HK GCC contracts and NEC4 Target Cost contracts is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and Google applications.

Responsabilités

• Carry out day-to-day quantity surveying and commercial functions.
• Supervise Project Surveyor and report to the Commercial Manager on infrastructure work.
• Prepare main contract documents and value Employer’s Change Orders, budgets, and forecasts.
• Conduct subcontract tender inquiries, analysis, and administration per company procedures.
• Assess and negotiate subcontractor variations, interim payments, claims, and final accounts.
• Coordinate with Engineering/Site and Procurement teams on variation and claim research.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
