Job summary

China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd (CHEC) in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage cost, budgeting and contractual matters on major construction projects. You will perform quantity surveying activities, prepare cost estimates, and interface with engineers to ensure accurate project costing.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying, at least 10 years of relevant experience, and professional qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in quantity surveying, contract administration, cost control and budgeting for construction projects; or minimum 8 years of relevant experience with professional qualification.
• Professional qualification is preferred.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor Manager.
