Job description

Perform quantify surveying functions in construction project;

Calculate estimates on the cost for projects;

Mange costs, values, labour and material process, finance contractual arrangement and legal matters in the construction field;

Communicate and interface with Engineers as necessary to evaluate project cost.

Job Requirements:

Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;

Minimum 3 years relevant experience in quantity surveying, contract administration, cost control and budgeting for construction projects;
