Job summary

China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor with 3–7 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost control and budgeting for construction projects. Degree or higher diploma in Quantity Surveying is required.

You will manage costs, values, labour and material processes, and liaise with engineers to evaluate project cost. E&M experience is preferred and more experienced candidates may be considered for senior roles.

Qualifications

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 3–7 years relevant experience in quantity surveying, contract administration, cost control and budgeting for construction projects.
• Preferred with E&M experience.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Project Quantity Surveyor.
