Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of software testing or test management experience.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and DevOps environments.
• Hands-on test planning, execution, defect management, and governance.
• Familiar with Jira/Confluence for tracking progress and defects.
• Understanding of test automation concepts preferred.

Aufgaben

• Review requirements, user stories, and specs to ensure test coverage.
• Develop and execute end-to-end test plans, cases, and scenarios.
• Coordinate testing across projects to meet requirements.
• Manage defects, reporting, and quality metrics throughout projects.
• Collaborate with users, PMs, developers, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Provide testing governance and QA best-practice recommendations.
• Support continuous improvement in testing processes and automation adoption.
