Job summary

Captar Partners Limited seeks a Senior QA Analyst to own end-to-end testing for our insurance applications. You will lead UAT planning, coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure quality across system, integration and API testing.

The role requires 5+ years in QA with insurance domain knowledge and strong stakeholder management. Fluent English and Cantonese are essential; Mandarin is a bonus. This is an on-site position in Hong Kong Island with immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in QA, testing, or related delivery roles.
• Insurance domain experience, especially Policy Administration, Underwriting, Claims or Customer Service.
• Proven track record leading testing activities for large-scale implementations or transformations.
• Strong knowledge of test planning, execution, defect management and UAT processes.
• Ability to review requirements and guide testing teams effectively.
• Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination.
• Fluent English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing across multiple insurance units (New Business, Policy Administration, Customer Service).
• Manage testing plans, execution progress, defect tracking and overall QA quality.
• Define performance KPIs and collaborate with monitoring to set baselines and alerts.
• Coordinate UAT, system testing and business readiness activities.
• Bridge business stakeholders, operations teams and technology vendors throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide regular progress updates on risks, issues and mitigations.
