PFCC Group seeks a Senior QA Engineer to drive quality engineering across client-facing mobile and digital platforms within a regulated, enterprise environment. You will define the QA strategy, lead a high-performing QA team, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to ensure quality at every SDLC stage.

Formación

• 7+ years in QA with 3+ years in QA lead roles.
• Experience leading QA for large enterprise digital platforms and native mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Financial services/Investment Banking domain experience preferred.
• Expertise with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, XCUITest, Espresso.
• API testing with Postman, REST Assured; CI/CD integration with Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
• Cloud familiarity, SQL verification, and test management tools (Jira, Xray, Zephyr).
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Define, own, and execute QA strategy and governance across digital channels.
• Design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks (UI/API/Mobile).
• Lead QA engineers and SDETs through Agile sprints; plan releases and triage defects.
• Embed automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and validate mobile platforms.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business to align quality with business goals.
