Hang Lung Properties Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Officer to support the Property Management Services (Technical) team. You will assist in day-to-day operation and maintenance of building services installations across assigned portfolios and help manage A&A and fit-out works.

You will monitor contractor works, supervise in-house technicians, and participate in budget control, bringing strong communication, self-motivation and a mature, diverse-minded approach.

Formación

• Degree / higher diploma in Building Services Engineering, Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building services / property / facilities maintenance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and mature, able to work in a diverse environment
• Be familiar with MS applications, AutoCAD, project management scheduling, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in day-to-day operation and maintenance of building services installations in assigned portfolios
• Assist in managing A&A and fit-out works
• Monitor and coordinate works carried out by contractors
• Provide guidance, support and supervision to in-house technicians in customer service and routine maintenance and emergency repairs
• Assist in budget control
