Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Project & Programme Manager to lead a flagship multi-floor refurbishment project. You will deliver end-to-end scope, liaise with the Client and internal teams, and ensure schedule, budget, safety, and quality are met in a live office environment.

The role requires 10–15 years of experience in large-scale fit-out, fluency in English and Cantonese, and a collaborative mindset to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors

Formación

• Minimum 10–15 years’ experience in large-scale commercial fit-out or base-build projects in Hong Kong.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is required.
• Experience with global financial institution environments is advantageous.
• Willingness to visit site during construction is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a multi-floor refurbishment project in Hong Kong.
• Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Manage project governance, schedule, budget, safety, and quality.
• Chair weekly project meetings and ensure timely minutes and actions.
• Provide monthly reports covering safety, programme, and cost variances.
• Engage with Client functions and internal teams to ensure alignment across the project.
