Job summary

CLSA in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Project Manager to articulate scope and deliverables, build a capable team, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders. The role focuses on planning multi‑phase initiatives within financial services, identifying dependencies, and managing critical paths.

You will develop and maintain project plans, mitigate risks, and escalate issues as needed, while coordinating with technical teams, business units and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance or management.
• ≥5 years in project management with multi-phase, multi-workstream delivery.
• Ability to tailor communication to audiences.
• Produce high-quality project artifacts for communication and decision making.
• Knowledge of project implementation is an advantage.
• Understanding of financial institutions' structure.
• Solid knowledge of PM best practices and methodologies.
• University graduate with relevant degree in field.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• PMO qualifications would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Articulate project scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Set up project team with defined roles and responsibilities.
• Prepare reports to keep stakeholders informed.
