Job summary

CLSA is seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager to drive market connectivity and Cash Equities initiatives. You will build strong relationships with Asia-based traders, translate requirements into IT tasks, and lead cross-functional projects spanning global teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of trading workflows, BRD sign-off with Compliance and Sales, and hands-on delivery oversight, including UAT and go-live support. Fluency in English is essential; Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

Degree in IT/CS/Info Management or business-related discipline.
Around 15 years of experience in banking/finance with strong securities trading knowledge.
5+ years in Cash Equities domain and BA/PM in that domain.
Knowledge of Trading System architecture and FIX protocol.
Proven ability to coordinate across teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Achieve market connectivity and Cash Equities/Program trading business plan.
Build relationships with Asia-based sales/traders and translate requirements into IT tasks.
Drive cross-functional project work with global IT teams and business stakeholders.
Develop budgets, track costs, and manage invoices.
Provide day-to-day system support, especially during go-live periods.
Lead requirement gathering and BRD sign-off with business stakeholders.
Coordinate project schedules with QA, Development, Infrastructure, and Support teams.
Ensure delivered products match BRD and assist with UAT.
