Job summary

CITIC CLSA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead initiatives around new products and business activities in Hong Kong. You will collaborate with front office, organize approvals, and oversee risk assessments to ensure pre-launch readiness.

You will guide cross-functional teams through planning, execution, and post-launch reviews, with Mandarin preferred. The role emphasizes independent work, multi-priority management, and strong communication to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in managing projects of varying size and complexity.
• PMI certification or other relevant credentials will be an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to influence various teams across the organization and address complex issues in a timely manner.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Mandarin Chinese written and verbal communication skills will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with front office to formulate business proposals for new products & business activities.
• Organize new product approval meetings and assist in the management of follow-up actions.
• Oversee completion of risk assessments and approvals for new products & business activities.
• Work with front office to develop project plans, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Monitor implementation of new products & business activities to ensure that project deliverables satisfy pre-launch requirements stipulated by the New Product Approval Group.
• Coordinate post-launch periodic reviews of new products & business activities, as necessary.
• Familiar with Operation Risk framework and management. Assisting in the investigation of significant operational and technology risk events.
