Job summary

Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management Asia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the transformation agenda by delivering strategic and tactical solutions for Client Portfolio Accounting. You will work with stakeholders across technology and functions to map scope, define business needs, and drive end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities include leading feasibility studies, requirements, UAT, and implementation support, plus regular status updates and executive communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of project management experience in banking/finance.
• Knowledge in client statements, data governance design and process enhancements.
• Strong communication skills; fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Map and manage end-to-end project tasks from feasibility to implementation support.
• Define scope, gather requirements, document UAT, and manage budgets and timelines.
• Prepare project communications including status updates and steering committee presentations.
• Monitor deliverables, dependencies, and escalate issues with stakeholders.
