Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Project Management, Construction, Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with complex Retail, Banking, or Commercial Fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of main PM concepts, tools and techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced timelines with tight deadlines.
• Full professional language level for written and spoken Cantonese and English.

Responsibilities

• Take line management responsibilities and develop PMs and team through guidance, feedback, and reviews.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams including clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Act as day-to-day client interface to meet objectives and deliver value-added PM services.
• Plan and execute projects ensuring quality, cost, safety, and scheduling requirements.
• Monitor progress, communicate updates, and ensure compliance across sites.
