Job summary

Sun Life Financial in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead end-to-end business analysis for client app enhancements, regulatory changes and BAU improvements. You will manage demand intake, prioritization and a transparent backlog while maintaining client journey integrity across Life, Health, Wealth and corporate segments.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, requirements elicitation, and experience with cross-functional delivery in a regulated financial services

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on business analysis capability, including problem definition, requirements elicitation, stakeholder workshops, process/ journey analysis, user stories, business rules, data requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Experience coordinating enhancement backlogs and demand intake with cross-functional teams.
• Regulated-industry experience and digital platform delivery knowledge are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis of client app enhancements, servicing changes, regulatory requirements and BAU improvements.
• Manage Demand Intake and Backlog Quality with prioritization and governance.
• Maintain end-to-end Client Journey and Requirement Integrity across Life, Health, Wealth, and Corporate journeys.
• Provide Business Oversight of Delivery, Change Readiness and Adoption; coordinate testing and sign-off.
• Drive governance, analytics, post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement.
